Pro (10ml) – 500mg of CBD – CBD MCT Oil

Dosage
A full dropper will dispense approximately 1ml (20 drops) of oil which provides 50mg of CBD. Ten drops, or 0.5ml, deliver 25mg of CBD and 1 drop delivers 2.5mg.
A good rule of thumb is to take 0.5mg for every 1kg of body weight. Begin by taking 10 drops (25 mg CBD) and increase by 5 drops at a time until the optimum dose is reached. We recommend customers keep a detailed journal of their progress
